Salmonid Restoration Federation and Pacific Watershed Associates will offer a Best Management Practices (BMP) workshop to train watershed restorationists, wardens, and landowners on erosion control techniques, upslope remediation, and BMPs for grading.

Topics will include identifying and evaluating sediment sources, assessing environmental impacts from accelerated erosion and sediment delivery, designing and procuring grading plans, and the environmental permit application process and requirements. This workshop will also include a field tour of road remediation sites in Mendocino County.
